Get Epoxy Floor Pros is an independent directory. When a property owner in one of the cities we serve wants a garage, basement, shop or commercial floor coated, we connect them with one independent local concrete coating specialist who serves that area.
Why we focus on preparation
Most of what decides whether a floor coating lasts happens before the coating goes down: grinding, moisture testing and repair. It's also the part nobody can see once the job is done, and the first thing a cheap bid leaves out. Our articles spend most of their words there on purpose. We'd rather you ask hard questions about prep than be impressed by a photo of a glossy floor.
What we do
- We publish plain explanations of coating systems, surface preparation, moisture testing and care.
- We write city pages that explain how local heat, humidity and winter conditions affect coating work, and we link every specific fact to the official source we took it from.
- When you ask for a callback, we pass your request to one independent local specialist serving your area, who contacts you directly.
What we don't do
- We don't install coatings, and we don't employ the specialists you reach.
- We don't evaluate or verify licenses, registrations, insurance or work. Each city page links to the state agency where you can look a contractor up yourself, for free.
- We don't publish star ratings, reviews or testimonials, and we don't invent them.
- We don't promise one-day miracle floors or lifetime results. Coatings wear; how fast depends on the slab, the system and how the floor is used.
- We don't sell your personal information.
How to use this site
Read the guides to understand your options, then talk to the specialist. Ask for a written proposal that names the prep method, the moisture test and every product, ask for the data sheets, ask for proof of liability and workers' compensation coverage, and look the business up with your state's contractor agency. If anything on this site looks wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page and we'll fix it.
